Mak2 cuma datang tolong sikit2 tuan rumah je. Biasanya kalau anak tuan rumah tu baru masuk ngaji Al-quran dari Muqaddam, dapat nombor bagus dalam periksa ke,sambutan hari lahir ke, pendek kata macam kenduri kesyukuran la juga cuma kecil-kecilan je dan untuk menjamu orang kecil-kecil je (kanak-kanak). Seronok betul zaman kanak2..huhu.. Dan yang paling tak lupanya, menu utama tu selalunya pulut kuning makan dengan kari telur. Memang sedap lah gandingan tu. Kena pula kuah kari tu pekat, memang marvelous. Dah lama teringin nak buat kari telur, baru2 ni buat la juga tapi makan dengan nasi putih je. Maybe lainkali nak buat versi makan ngan pulut kuning pula. Ni resepi yang saya guna untuk kali ni, macam masak kari biasa je.. =)</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />

</div><div class="MsoNormal">Cara2</div><div class="MsoNormal">Panaskan minyak dalam periuk, kemudian tumiskan bahan2 yang dihiris bersama daun kari dan rempah empat sekawan sehingga kekuningan. </div><div class="MsoNormal">Kemudian masukkan rempah kari yang telah dibancuh dengan sedikit air (dijadikan pes),bersama bawang yang dikisar, dan masak hingga pecah minyak. </div><div class="MsoNormal">Setelah itu masukkan air, kentang, telur dan masak hingga mendidih.</div><div class="MsoNormal">Kemudian masukkan pula santan dan lada merah juga garam. Masak hingga kuah kelihatan agak pekat. Fikir2 kalau simpan lelama pon tak elok plak nanti beras pulut tu, makanya saya ada tersimpan resepi serimuka gula melaka ni dari blog Kak Naz Ovenkecilku tu. Seperti biasa sebenarnya dah lama simpan resepi pot chicken rice ni. Teringat masa muda2 dulu (masa bujang) selalu kalau pergi beli barang dapur kat Tesco Mutiara Damansara tu mesti makan kat café dia, makan Chicken claypot rice. Masa tu memang favourite nasi ni. 1. Panaskan kukusan.<br />
2. Ratakan sedikit minyak dalam loyang yang nak digunakan.<br />

5. Tunggu sehingga sejuk baru bolih potong.<br />

1 1/2 Tbsp instant Nescafe Gold ( saya tukar kepada mocha paste)<br />

150gm flour<br />
1 tsp baking powder<br />

B)<br />
5 egg whites<br />
1/8 tsp cream of tartar (saya omit)<br />
90gm sugar<br />

1. Dissolve coffee powder in hot milk( Campurkan mocha paste dengan susu). Leave to cool down.<br />
2. Preheat oven to 180C.<br />
3. Combine milk with the rest of ingredients (A) until it becomes a smooth paste.<br />
4. Beat egg whites until frothy. Add in cream of tartar and beat until soft peaks.<br />
5. Add in sugar bit by bit and beat egg whites until stiff.<br />
6. Put in 1/4 of egg whites into (3) and fold to combine.<br />
7. Repeat step 6.<br />
8. Pour (7) into remaining egg whites and fold to combine well.<br />
9. Pour batter into clean ungreased tube pan. Lightly shake pan left and right to level the cake.<br />
10. Bake at 170C for 40 minutes.<br />
11. Immediately remove from oven and turn cake upside down on table. bahan-bahan :</div><div class="MsoNormal">100 gm tepung gandum</div><div class="MsoNormal">4 biji telur A</div><div class="MsoNormal">90 g gula kastor</div><div class="MsoNormal">50 ml minyak jagung </div><div class="MsoNormal">1 sk ovalette</div><div class="MsoNormal">2 sb susu segar</div><div class="MsoNormal">1 sk pandan emulco / pes pandan (saya tukar guna strawberi emulco)</div><div class="MsoNormal">2 sb chocolate rice (boleh tambah jika suka)</div><div class="MsoNormal"><br />
</div><div class="MsoNormal">cara-cara :</div><div class="MsoNormal">Panaskan oven pd suhu 180C. Sediakan loyang yg bersesuaian atau muffin/paper cup. Sapukan mentega dan taburkan dgn sedikit tepung. (Jangan lupa alaskan dgn baking paper jika menggunakan loyang).</div><div class="MsoNormal">Sediakan mangkuk adunan. Satukan telur, gula dan ovalette. Putarkan hingga pucat dan kembang. </div><div class="MsoNormal">Kemudian masukkan tepung, susu dan pandan emulco/pes pandan. Putar lagi hingga sebati.</div><div class="MsoNormal">Masukkan minyak jagung dan kacau sebati (kaup balik) dgn menggunakan rubber spatula.</div><div class="MsoNormal">Akhir sekali, masukkan coklat urai. Kacau perlahan2 sehingga rata. Tak perlu dikacau terlalu lama.</div><div class="MsoNormal">Bakarlah selama 25-30 minit atau sehingga kek masak (DJ guna suhu 180C pd 20 minit pertama dan kemudian diturunkan kpd 160C utk 10 minit terakhir). Suhu bergantung pd jenis oven masing-masing.</div><div class="MsoNormal">Setelah masak, sejukkan terlebih dahulu. Hiaskan dgn topping kesukaan jika suka.
